Conditions of Use

All pendants are hand made so we ask that you allow at least 10 Working days for your pendant to arrive within the UK and 15 days outside the UK.

Your Pendant(s) will be delivered wrapped in an organza bag, and will be packaged in a padded jiffy envelope to ensure your pendant)s) remain safe in transit.

If for any reason your order does not arrive we will replace the item for you. We will also ask that you fill in a form to state that the item never arrived so we can claim back shipping costs from Royal Mail.

If you need your order in a hurry please contact us before ordering. Please do not contact us after ordering to request faster shipping as this is not always available and needs to be agreed beforehand.

All our products are hand made to order, therefore Pendant Pixie will only replace defective items. We cannot give refunds if you simply no longer want/require the item as it has been made especially for you and cannot be sold on. Please ensure you really want the item before ordering.
